Estonia hosts a small group of Indian degree students: 187 in 2023/24, making India the fourth largest source country after Finland, Ukraine and Russia. In 2024/25 Indians made up about 5% of the country's 3,954 international degree students.

According to Harno, Estonia's Education and Youth Board, 187 Indian nationals were enrolled in Estonian degree programmes in 2023/24, the fourth largest group of international students. The Ministry of Education and Research reports that in 2024/25 India accounted for 5% of 3,954 international degree students, level with Russia and behind Finland (16%) and Ukraine (12%). Overall international enrolment fell by 10% that year.
In 2024/25 Estonia had 3,954 international degree students from 120 countries, 8.7% of all students, and India supplied 5% of them. Source
